Rippled have kicked off 2019 in the sublime form, increasing their sales by 31% in the first quarter. The figure was revealed by XRP Markets Report, whereby a total revenue of $169.42 million was listed. When compared to an end of quarter 4 of 2018, result of $129.03 million, it is a significant increase. In other areas of their operations, Ripple saw further increase. Their institutional direct sales increasing by 54% from 40.15 million to $61.93 million over the course of the last four months. XRP’s programmatic sales meanwhile also saw a nice increase of 21% up to 107.49 million, from the 88.88million secured back in December. In terms of trading volume, the sales contributed increased to 0.32% from 0.24% in Q4 2018. Not a bad start to the year from the sales team at Ripple. It looks like the champagne will be popping come Friday in the Ripple office. It will be interesting to see if they can maintain this through the next quarter too.
